Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an order to TVI Corporation, 7100 Holladay Tyler Rd #200, Glenn Dale, MD, 20769-9400, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will S atisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for one thousand (1,000) thermal targets, 2x6 hull, high temperature, Part Number: 01-026-0114-HT. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to t he requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Gov ernment. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. TVI Corporation is the sole manufacturer and provider of the Thermal Products Line.
