- The VA Montana Healthcare System, Fort Harrison, Montana intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source procurement with Glacier Community Health Center, 519 East Main Street, Cut Bank, MT 59101 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. The Request for Proposal is VA-259-07-RP-0210. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 622110 and the small business size standard is $31.5M. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The Contractor will provide primary and preventive healthcare to approximately 1300 veterans in a 4 county area of northwestern Montana.
