- The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract for the preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of two Government Owned Cobe Century Dialysis Machines: 1 each - Dialysis Machine Serial No. 3C39380 located in Rocklin, California and 1 each - Dialysis Machine Serial No. 3C36938 location in Fairfield, California. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, and expertise to provide these services, which are to be performed at the Patients residence. Period of performance is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. Contract period is 1 year plus four one-year option periods. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation via email to Sue.Broady@va.gov . Solicitation closing date is August 7, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. The NAICS is 811219 and Size Standard is $6.5M. Contractors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov prior to award of any contract. Note: Cobe is now Gambro, Inc.
