- Description
- Provide architect/engineer services to complete the design of a project to air condition approximately 2,200 square feet of Building 4, at the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas. The design consideratins will include, but not be limited to: structure; roof; suspended ceilings; walls and doors; heating, ventilation and airconditioning; controls shall be designed to integrate seamlessly with existing Energy Management System; plumbing; integrate with existing Fire Protection System; continued Medical Center operation during construction. Evaluation consideration will be as follows: (1) specialized experience of the firm on similar contracts; (2) past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) geographic location of facilities of the working office; (4) specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project. Consideration is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms desiring consideration should submit an SF330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications on or before August 27, 2007. Award is subject to availability of funds. This is not a request for proposals.
