- Description
- Provide architect/engineer services to complete the design of a project to air condition approximately 12,000 square feet of Building 2, VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Design considerations will include, but not necessarily be limited to: heating, ventilation and airconditioning; walls and doors; suspended ceilings; floor coverings; lighting and electrical outlets; fire sprinklers; continued Medical Center operation during construction. Evaluation consideration will be as follows: (1) specialized experience of the firm on similar contracts; (2) past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) geogrpahic location of facilities of the working office; (4) specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project. Area of consideration is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms desiring consideration should submit an SF330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications on or before August 27, 2007. Award is subject to availability of funds. This is not a request for proposals.
