- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Solicitation No. 7FLA-G4-04-6502-N - FSC 6510/6515/6545 - Adhesive Bandages, CPR Protection Masks, Disposable Applicator and Medical Protection Kits and is issued as a request for proposal. Proposed Period: May 1, 2007 or date of award though April 30, 2008 with four one year option periods. Item purchase descriptions are contained within the solicitation for NSN(s) 6510-01-464-0369, 6515-01-425-4677, 6515-01-464-0432 and 6545-01-463-5445. Procurement is set-aside for small business only. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Pricing is FOB destination. Offer shall review and complete all clauses and return complete solicitation package. Offer must be signed and dated. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Product Conformance: The product(s) provided shall meet the salient characteristics of item purchase description (IPD), conform to the producer's own specifications, standards, and quality assurance practices and be the same product offered for sale in the commercial market. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-MAR-2007).
