- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 13,618 rentable square feet yeilding a minimum of 12,434 and a maximum of 13,026 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Evansville, IN. Contiguous first floor space is required in a new or existing building. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigiuos surroundings with a prevalence of modern design or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Parking for a minimum of 59 vehicles must be available on site. The space offered should be fully serviced and conform to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and the new Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard. LOCATION: Within the city limits of Evansville, IN. After an on-site survey by Government representatives the area of consideration may be limited to the Central Business District of Evansville. Regularly scheduled public transportation should be available nearby. Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as a modern office-type building having fully adequate means of ingress and egress. The building offered must not contain any asbestos. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by 12/1/2008. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 10 firm. OWNERS/AGENTS: The U. S. Government will not pay any brokerage fees in association with this procurement.
