Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 7,774 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 7,774 rentable square feet of combined office and warehouse space within the city limits of Marina, Seaside, Sand City, Del Rey Oaks, Monterey or Salinas, California. The space must yield approximately 6,760 ANSI/BOMA (?Useable?) square feet of contiguous space. The anticipated term is 10 years, 5 years firm as a fully serviced lease. The estimated occupancy date is February 1, 2009. The building must be located in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation in current use. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. The Government requires ten (10) parking spaces. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. Building must be free of asbestos, meet current fire/life codes, ADA compliant or, if not, landlord must be willing to make the building fully ADA compliant based on 2006 ADA regulations. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum: Building name/address Location of space in the building and date it will be available Drawing of space offered Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
