GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN BUTLER COUNTY, PA The U.S. Government is seeking expressions of interest in providing up to 480,252 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (552,289 rentable) square feet of secured, underground space for lease; broken into one or more of the following units: 5,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (5,750 rentable) square feet 73,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (84,525 rentable) square feet 115,095 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (132,359 rentable) square feet 220,582 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (253,669 rentable) square feet 66,075 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (75,986 rentable) square feet Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Interstate 80 East: PA Route 68 to PA Route 268 South: US Route 422 West: Interstate 79 The square footages listed above reflect continuing need for space that is currently leased under multiple lease contracts for multiple federal agencies at a single location. These lease contracts are scheduled to expire between the period of December 31, 2007 through November 30, 2008. The Government reserves the right to consider relocation, alteration, and other related costs in any relocation decision. Expressions of interest should include the following information: facility name and location, amount of available space, and rate per rentable square foot.
