- The purpose of this modification to RFQ-TX-07-00060 is to provide answers to questions for this RFQ. Questions and answers 1. Is the technical response due on 07/24 (item 6, Std Form 18) and the price quote on 08/03 (item 10, Std Form 18) or are both due on 08/03? The date 07/24/07 is wrong, please disregard. Your price quote or proposal is due on August 3, 2007. 2. If the technical response is due on the 07/24 date, is there a specific time for the delivery of the technical quote similar to the requirements for the price quote (item no. 1, Std Form 18)? The date is wrong, please disregard. The due date for your price quote is August 3, 2007. 3. How many mid level and senior managers are there in the EPA Region 6 community? EPA has a pool of approximately 90 managers, supervisors and team leaders. The Region has 16 senior managers that consist of Deputies and Directors and the Regional Administrator. 4. How frequently does EPA Region 6 anticipate the presentations to be delivered? Every other month to once a month. 5. What is the EPA Region 6 expectation regarding the anticipated length of each presentation? Presentations will range from 1-2 hours depending on the topic. 6. Does the EPA Region 6 expect the vendor to prepare and present the presentations or to only prepare the presentations for EPA delivery? Region 6 expects the vendor to prepare and present the presentation. 7. Is the price quote to be based on firm fixed price (Section 12, item 1 Std Form 18) or labor rates (SOW, section V, Cost/Price Quotes)? Fix rate, no labor rates. 8. Please explain item 2 under the Invoicing Procedure regarding ?no-shows?. Supplier may bill at the full rate when clients fail to reschedule with in 24 hours of the scheduled presentation, please see Statement of Work.
