- The purpose of this modification to RFQ-TX-07-00058 is to provide answers to questions for this RFQ. 1. Is there an incumbent? There is currently no vendor for this Statement of Work. 2. If no incumbent, has work similar in scope been provided to Region 6 before? Yes 3. What is the expected length of the one-on-one coaching sessions? One hour. Are you looking for an hourly rate or per session rate? Yes. 4. If clients are asked to ?pledge? to participate in two sessions, is there a maximum amount of sessions the coachee can have? Maximum amount of sessions per coachee is approximately 8-10 sessions dependent upon the use of the contract. 5. In order to estimate the group coaching and retreat cost will the EPA be requesting specific handouts, videos and materials? that If so, what are they? If not, is it up to our coaches discretion what to bring? All handouts and materials will be provided by the contractor. At this time there are no specific videos or materials that are being requested for this contract. The material provided for the retreats shall be mutually agreed upon by the client and coach. 6. Will the retreat take place in the Dallas area? Yes. Does the EPA have a location in mind? in the past the retreat has been held at the Live Oak Center located in Dallas, which is free for non profit agencies. Some retreats have been held at the Adams Mark hotel in downtown for a fee. 7. In order to estimate the cost of the facility for the retreat could you please provide more information about what is expected? Will the retreat be an overnight? Will it be two full days? Do food and equipment costs need to be included in the facility cost? The retreat is usually range from 1-3 days and the vendor will be responsible for contracting with facility and arranging for all meals associated with retreat. 8. Does the EPA have specific content they would like addressed in the Leadership presentations? EPA senior managers are working on a variety of issues regarding leadership and will discuss the content of the presentations with the selected vendor. Please see statement of Work for more detail. 9. Under presentations and meetings, our understanding is that presentations will be to present leadership training to 60-100 supervisors. What is the expected length of the presentations? Will the EPA supply presentation equipment (overhead, powerpoint, etc), if necessary? The expected length of presentations is approximately 1-2 hours. The vendor is responsible for providing presentation equipment. 10. Are the meetings separate from the presentations? What is the audience, length and content of the meetings? In the meetings will the coach serve as an instructor or facilitator? Meetings and presentations will be provided to members of senior staff and occasionally the vendor may conduct a presentation to EPA's management. Length of presentations can range from 1-2 hours or more depending on the topic. In the meetings the coach can serve as an instructor or facilitator.
