- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Overwatch Systems, 130 A Carpenter Drive, Sterling VA 20164 for RemoteView Software Maintenance Renewal. Overwatch Systems is the manufacturer of this software and has proprietary rights. A Firm Fixed Price type contract issued under the Test Procedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 511210 and the size standard is $23M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
