- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) - Mechanicsburg intends to award a sole source purchase order to Micro Focus Group PLC, 9420 Key West Ave., Rockville, MD 20850-3334 for the procurement of application server express support. Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements due to server express being proprietary to Micro Focus putting them the unique position of being the sole provider of the required support. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR part 12. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
