- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Q5000 IR Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA) (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to TA Intruments- Waters LLC due to compatibility with existing TA Instruments controller and software. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
