- The naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis access to the Web of Science database in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Thomson Scientific Inc., Philadelphia, PA. The Web of Science database provides citation and tracking information on scientific research covering the journal literature of the sciences. Any firms other than the above, should submit at a minimum their qualifications and any other information considered pertinent to this requirement to the contract specialist no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shll be considered by the agency.
