- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with General Electrodynamics Corporation, Arlington, TX, for the procurement of (4) each Aircraft Weight Platforms p/n LPA400-00000-1, (2) each Adaptors p/n 80960, (2) each Batteries p/n 80940, (2) each Chargers p/n 80959, (2) each PC Boards p/n 5005-00091-66, and (2) each Displays p/n 1500-0054-1 for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Kuwait. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
