Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to have its Web pages monitored for customer access and activity and provide web site analytical software that accurately reflects the demographic model of the US internet users throughout the nation. This service is known to be available only from NetRatings, Inc. The USGS intends to make an award to NetRatings, inc., unless the Contracting Officer is contacted by another vendor who believes they can provide the same service. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer at spescitani@usgs.gov no later than 08/10/2007 with an affirmative answer. The USGS plans to make this award under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.
