Description

The US Geological Survey has a requirement for Internet Database Service for a period of one (1) year, to provide the Biological Resources Division Libraries, end users and other staff members with unlimited nationwide access to Cambridge Scientific Abstracts Internet Database Services. This service would provide access to the following databases: Biological Sciences, collection, aquatic sciences and fisheries abstracts. Environmental sciences and pollution management, web resources database and recent references, and document acquisition and library administration module. The USGS intends awarding a sole source purchase order to Cambridge Scientific Abstracts. Cambridge Scientific Abstracts developed and maintain the database. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer at spescitani@usgs.gov no later than 08/09/2007 with an affirmative answer. The USGS plans to make this award under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.
