Ft of surface area to be completed. . The project consists of the All work shall be in accordance with SDDOT Standard specifications for roads and Bridges. This project is subject to Public Law 100-656 the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to Large and Small Businesses alike. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This solicitation will be available ONLY!! At the DOI Website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) O/A August 3, 2007 and unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due in this office on September, 4, 2007 at 2:00 PM MT. In order to download a copy of the solicitation vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website.
