- LORDSBURG BORDER PATROL STATION, LORDSBURG, HIDALGO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO. The proposed procurement is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. NAICS is 236220/SIC 1542, with a size standard of $31,000,000.00. The magnitude of cons truction is more than $10,000,000.00. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. The bidders attention is directed to Section 00100 in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. Plans will be issued on or about August 7, 2007, wit h bids due on or about September 13, 2007. Large Business firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan with the following minimum goals: 51.2% for small business; 8.8% for small disadvantaged business; 7.3% for women-owned small business; 3.1% for H ubZone small business; and 1.5% for Service-Disabled Veteran owned Small Business. This solicitation will not be issued on paper. WORK CONSISTS of a new border patrol station for approximately 300 agents in Lordsburg, New Mexico. The facility consists of an approximately 31,000 square foot administration facility with holding cells, approximately 17,000 square feet of support facilities, covered parking, helipad, equestrian and canine facilities, vehicle maintenance and fuel and car wash facilities. This project will be advertised as an Invitation For Bid. Proposed procurement will result in a firm fixed price contract.
