ITEM (S) REQUIRED: 0001-AA Swissray ddRMulti-System Full Service - One year coverage beginning 1 October 2007 and ending 30 September 2008 including two preventative maintenance visits, applications phone support and remedial maintenance during coverage hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday (excluding Swissray holidays), all parts required to maintain the equipment to specifications (excludes abuse and/or neglect), excludes Glassware, all travel expenses included, includes all applications software enhancements not requiring hardware changes 0002-AA Swissray ddRMulti-System Glassware Support Option. Option to include glassware (X-Ray tube) with any ddR System Technology support plan.
