- ** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2F4017179A005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18, Effective 30 June 2007 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001. This award is unrestricted and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 811219 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. The requirement consists of the following: ** ** The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Steris Corporation for a four-year renewal of the maintenance and repair agreement for the Steris Sterilizer equipment. ** ** Items are to be delivered FOB destination for inspection and acceptance by an authorized government official.
