- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for 48 personnel duty lockers, the dimensions are 18? x 24? x 66? with a sloped top and an 4? base. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. If funds become available, an award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible offeror without discussions. All offerors/proposals must remain valid through 30 September 2007. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0176 is issued as a Request for Quote. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 5046, business size of 100 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423440. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 25 July 2007 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-2706), or e-mail.
