- This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. The Operational Contracting Office (75CONS/PKA), Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract to augment existing organic support to assist in current and future technical support and the management and analytics of knowledge management, data communications and data capture to provide technical resolutions for improving the operations and performance of the Interservice Material Accounting and Control System (IMACS). The requirement is for a Basic contract with 4 option years.
