- The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source award with Boston Scientific, Osseo MN for: (1) ea. Lordose Vitality 2 DR IS-1/DF-1 Model T165, and (1) ea Reliance G Active Fix Dual Coil Model O185. The anticipated award date is 24 Jul, 07. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement was based on the assumption that this source posseses the unique capability, license, and equipment to produce the items needed. No other devices were considered acceptable for implant due to their characteristics. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
