- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for repair of radar converter assemblies, PrimaGraphics part number AE-A-1896, NSN 5840-01-541-2619. These services are only known to be available from Curtiss Wright Control, Leesburg, VA, because proprietary data or the Government's lack of technical data, plans, drawings, specifications, or other documentation required for full and open competition is not available. Other concerns having the ability to furnish the above services are requested to give written notification (including the name and telephone number of a point of contact) to the market survey file #07-R-61379, by 2:00 p.m. CST on July 26, 2007. Written notification shall be provided electronically to Connie Houpt at connie.m.houpt@faa.gov. Responses should provide information regarding the ability of your concern to satisfy the Government's requirement. All responses to this market survey will be considered prior to further acquisition action by the Government. Any information received as a result of this announcement will not be provided to other contractors and will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The final determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
