INCORPORATES DAVIS-BACON ACT (FEB 1195), FAR CLAUSE 52.222-6.**********REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA FEDBIZOPPS WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER SYNOPSIS (ADVERTISEMENT) HAS BEEN UPLOADED**********This is a solicitation to perform Carpeting, Painting and Re-tile of Offices within Medical Clinic spaces of bldg-1 located at Coast Guard Island, Alameda, California. The U.S. Coast Guard requires a contractor fully qualified in the field of carpeting with cove base, painting and floor tile. Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and incidentals to this project. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. See the solicitation for bonding requirements. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside for 8(a). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238320 and the applicable size standard is $11.5 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. All responses small business 8(a) may submit a quotation. This solicitation will be issued in paper form. Solicitation documents (i.e., RFQ package, Scope of Work, Drawings) may be accessed for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website beginning on the date of issue (estimated to be on or about July 11, 2007) at the following site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on the website. Prospective quoters are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of due (closing) date of July 20, 2007 for receipt of quotations. Offers are due on July 20, 2007, by 4:00 pm local time.
