- Description
- Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA) will be for the future acquisition of commercial bottled water that will be used for support of FEMA and other national relief effors in the event of national disaster and other emergencies and/or relief efforts. The Government intends to establish multiple BOA's for this item.The Government will compete future orders for bottled water among all firms that have entered into this BOA and reserves the right to compete and acquire bottled water from only those firms that have entered into this BOA. All bottled water delivered under this BOA shall comply with the following requirements: 21 CFR 165.110 and 21 CFR 129. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR)(www.ccr.gov)
