- Solicitation SPM7L2-07-R0108 is a 100% Hubzone set-aside for NSN 2540-00-587-2532, Tarpaulin, Vehicle IAW TACOM drawing 19207 10936264 and all related data for a quantity of 3,564 EA which includes a 25% Option Quantity (possible 891 EA) which may or may not be exercised at a later date.. Requesting phased delivery with 1,188 due 60 days ADO, 1,188 due 90 days ADO, and 1,188 due 120 days ADO. Delivery to a stock location. NSN requires Destination inspection and acceptance and FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of May 21, 2007 at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
