- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has a requirement for delivery of a comprehensive and detailed Investment Policy and Asset Allocation Review and Report. We anticipate the term of this contract will be from date of award through February 29, 2008. The solicitation will be issued on a full and open competitive basis utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. However, PBGC has determined that as a result of Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest as described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 9.5, entities that currently manage PBGC's assets (e.g.: stocks, bonds, private equity, real estate) or that provide investment advisory services for the PBGC may not propose under this solicitation. The solicitation document, including any amendments, is being distributed through the FedBizOpps.gov web site. The site contains downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The solicitation is currently available.
