- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,075 rentable square feet in Philadelphia, Mississippi within the following delineated area: North ? Myrtle Street/Beacon Street; South ? Posey Street to Holland Avenue intersection; East ? East Gate Plaza location; West ? Hwy 15 By pass. The space should yield a minimum of 6,152 BOMA Office Area square feet with ample parking located on-site and/or within a two-block radius. Parking requirements are as follows: Minimum of 28 spaces shall be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2007. Street-level, contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Contiguous upper-floor space on one floor is an acceptable alternative. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use.
