Description

General Services Administration; Public Building Services; Northwest Region 10, Property Development Division; Facilities Operations Support Team; O & M Team has a requirement for Operations, Mechanical Maintenance, Janitorial & Related Services at the Federal Building/U.S. Post Office/U.S. Courthouse located in Nome, Alaska, near the Bering Strait and approximately 93 miles from Russia. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of services. The contract is a firm fixed price, performance-based contract, with a one-year base and four one-year options. The estimated start date is December 1, 2007. The North American industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $30 million. The solicitation will be available on or about July 31, 2007. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database (www.orca.bpn.gov), and VETS 100 website (www.vets100.cudenver.edu/).
