- NAICS Code: 541620 The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) requires consultant services to perform external peer review of OSWER Net Environmental Benefits Case Studies. External reviews shall be performed for studies for two Superfund sites to better understand the changes in ecosystems and the services they provide following site cleanup. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the provisions of FAR Subpart 12.6, Part 13 and Subpart 19.14. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businsess (SDVOSB) Concerns. The four tasks described in the statement of work (SOW) fall under the National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, with a size standard of $6.5 million. The government anticipates a fixed price level-of-effort award. All SDVOSB firms capable of providing services are invited to submit separate technical and price quotations by 11:00 am local time, Washington, DC, Friday, August 17, 2007.
