- This is a simplified acquisition/commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and under the test program for commercial item iaw with FAR 13.5. FISC Norfolk Contracts Department, Philadelphia Division, intends to acquire on a sole source basis with The Mathworks, Inc. 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA. iaw FAR 6.301(1) and FAR 13.501(a) to provide Software Maintenance Licenses in support of the MATLAB software modules for The Office of Naval Intelligence, Washington, DC. An Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The Government's obligation is contingent upon congress enacting FY 08 appropriation. The NAICS is 511210. The resultant contract will contain a base year plus four (4) one year options as follows: Base Year-01 Oct 2007 thru 30 Sep 2008; Option Year I-01 Oct 2008 thru 30 Sep 2009; Option Year II-01 Oct 2009 thru 30 Sep 2010; Option Year III-01 Oct 2010 thru 30 Sep 2011; Option Year IV-01 Oct 2011 thru 30 Sep 2012.
