- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Air Combat Electronics Program Office (PMA 209) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to FlightScape, Inc. of Ottawa, Canada for software license renewals. FlightScape is the developer of this software and has proprietary rights. The Flightscape software is used in the review and analysis of retrievable data from the ?black box? recovered after an aircraft mishap. The anticipated Firm Fixed Price contract will consist of a license renewal for one base year and one option year. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any questions should be directed to the primary POC.
