PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Repaint Traffic Markings, Approximately from Milepost 409 to Milepost 469, Blue Ridge Parkway, NC, I5140070089. The National Park Service requires a firm-fixed price construction contract to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of this project. Work includes, but is not limited to: Repainting approximately 406,560 linear feet of 4-inch wide yellow centerline markings and 2,048 linear feet of 4-inch wide white lane divider/edge line markings. The project will also include repainting 18,084 linear feet of Thermoplastic yellow centerline in tunnels, 18,084 linear feet of Thermoplastic white edge line in tunnels, installing 196 permanent raised snow-plowable markers; and replacing 234 flexible barrier wall delineators in tunnels. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. The small business size standard is $31M. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which if submitted timely, will be considered. Contract duration is approximately 90 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 14, Sealed Bids. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of solicitation.
