Description

The National Park Service is extending the solicitation period for proposals for a new Concession Contract to operate the Beanery, a food service facility, at the historic Kelso Train Depot within Mojave National Preserve by 30 days, to August 30, 2007. Additionally the National Park Service is holding another site visit/informational meeting for all interested parties at the Kelso Train Depot on August 6 and 7 starting at 10:00 a.m. For further information about the site visit/information meeting please contact Lisa Wilson at (760) 252-6110 or Kim Gagliolo at (510) 817-1368. The informational meeting will provide a better understanding of the requirements of the new Concession Contract and working within a National Park Service site to potential offerors. Any offer must be received by the Concessions Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 by August 30, 2007 no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contrat. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express Package. Prospectus packages will be available by contacting Kim Gagliolo, Concession Management Analyst, Pacific West Region, Concession Management, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607.
