The work consists of removing, replacing, and installing additional culverts along East Evans Creek Road. Work includes placing rock armor at culvert outlets and inlets as specified; restoring the road asphalt surface on the reconstructed roadway, and seeding, fertilizing, and mulching all disturbed soil in the project areas.
