This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ W81K00-07-T-0253 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Ci rcular 2005-05. This acquisition is unrestricted under NAICS code 334513. The requirements in this solicitation: CIMSCAN-RA SERVER SOFTWARE, #CM-05-RA2, 1 EA; CIMALERT SYSTEM, #CA-01, 1 EA; LAN-BASED MONITORING STATION, #DA-12B, 8 EA; WIRELESS REMOTE MO NITOR STATION, #DA-12C, 5 EA; ETHERNET, #DA-63, 2 EA; 2 LINE x 12 LCD DISPLAY, #OP-01, 10 EA; SENSOR PROBE, #CI-10, 40 EA; ALARM DRY CONTACT, #CI-91 13 EA; ALARM STROBE, #AL-22, 10 EA; AUDIBLE ALARM, #AL-28, 10 EA; TAPI, #TI-2, 1 EA; WIRE, CABLE, ETC. EACH ; PREPARATION AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS; BUILDING OF GRAPHIC FORMS, SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, PRELIMINARY TESTING; PHYSICAL INSTALLATION; ENERGIZE SYSTEM AND TESTING; USER ON-SITE TRAINING; TRAVEL TO AND FROM SITE. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.211-6 if submitting other than the Brand Name product. Clause 52.211-6 (and other clauses throughout this solicitation) can be viewed by accessing website http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ . Delivery, 30 days after receipt of order, shipping shall be FOB destination to GENERAL LEONARD WOOD ARMY HOSPITAL, 126 MISSOURI AVE., FT. LEONARD WOOD, MO 65473. FAR provision 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors Commercial] applies to this acquisition to include the following addenda: All offerors are cautioned that if select ed for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR can be accessed via the internet at www.ccr.gov/ . Confirmation of CCR registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract. Evaluation Proces s: All proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria: Technical Capability (compliance with the requirements of FAR Clause 52.211-6 if vendor offers and Equal Product) and Price, with Technical Capability being significantly more important than Price.
