- This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor shall provide labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and permits required for the removal and disposal of scrap rubber tires, and rubber tires on rims, from the Solid Waste, Recycle and Pollution Prevention Center, Building 1209, Fort Eustis, VA. The contractor shall dispose of the tires at an off post location in accordance with Federal, state and local laws and environmental rules and regulations. An IFB will be issued on or abou t 27 July 2007 with bids due on or about 10 August 2007. The IFB and any amendments shall be posted to this website. Contractor shall acknowledge any amendments in accordance with Block 11 of the Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract. The period of performance is for a base period (1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008) and four, one-year option periods. NAICS is 562111.
