- Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for the creation of a Waste Water Analysis database. This requirement is listed by Solicitation number FA5004-07-T-0031 and can be downloaded at www.fbo.gov. This action is 100 percent (100%) set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, with a business size standard of 23 MIL.
