- SOLE SOURCE: PRATT & WHITNEY, SOL FA8104-07-R-0536. For additional information, contact Kim Doyle @ 448th CBSG/PKA (405) 734-8770. Item 0001, Post Production Support for the Engine Automated Work Package (EAWP) for F100 Engines. The contractor shall provide professional engineering and technical management services to develop and build the F100 engine EAWP module in IETMS. The effort shall include conversion of non-compliant SGML, Excel and PDF data files to AF DTD compliant SGML data to build IETMS. This task shall also include support for IETMS improvements and integration into other AF systems and providing training and assistance for implementation to the customers for the IETMS EAWP. The estimated completion date is twelve months from date of award. The estimated solicitation issue date is 02 Aug 07 and the anticipated award date is 04 Sep 07. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Sole Source: Pratt & Whitney - Cage Code: 77445. All proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
