- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. Number 7T-C-485 is to be used for reference only. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-14 and DFARS change notice 20070122. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business concerns. The NAICS is 532112 and the size standard is $23.5 MIL. Simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 apply. The offeror must quote on an all or none basis and state discount terms and warranty information. The period of performance for all CLINs is 116 Days, from 3 Aug 2007 to 26 Nov 2007 (quantity 3 months). The contractor shall provide the following items: CLIN 0001, Unit Each, Four (4) 15 Passenger Vans; CLIN 0002, Unit each, One (1) Sedan; CLIN 0003, Unit each, Four (4) 7 Passenger Mini Vans. VEHICLES MUST BE DELIVERED ON 3 AUG 2007 TO BC3; 5424 New Marine Rd, Camp Anderson-Peters, Camp Bullis, Texas 78257.
