- The purpose of this synopsis is to advise interested parties of the posting of additional documents on FedTeds to support the Next Generation Identification (NGI) procurement. These documents are being posted as a result of the Due Diligence Individual Session discussions and the need to revise language in the RFP. The following documents have been posted: P Specs.zip for the III Software Design Document; NGI RFP v1.2a.zip, which is the entire RFP with revisions indicated by change bars in the margin; and Due Diligence RFP Change Summary.doc, which indicates which areas of the RFP contain changes. The due date for proposals remains the same.
