- MOD TO SYNOPSIS RE: FAITH BASED AND COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS - SEE CHANGE BELOW IN CAPS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, plans to issue IFB-BRY-0049 for the construction of demolishing an existing administration building of approximately 9,860 square feet which consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the complete construction located at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas. The magnitude of this contract is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation will be available on or about July 30, 2007, with an anticipated bid opening date of August 30, 2007. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportuniites web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations CAN submit offers/BIDS/QUOTATIONS equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
