- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to The International Justice and Public Safety Information Sharing Network, 1918 W. Whispering Wind Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85085, for the usage of the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLets). This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on the requirements of this acquisition, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries must include a full capability statement, and must be received no later than two (2) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
