- In accordance with Section 314 of the 2006 Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act as reenacted by the 2007 Revised Continuing Appropriations Resolution, P.L. 110-5, the Seller offers for sale up to approximately 200 metric tons, Natural Uranium Hexafluoride, UF6, contained in American National Standards Institute (ANSI) N14.1 compliant 48??? diameter cylinders. The Uranium Hexafluoride has an approximate enrichment of 0.711% (see Article XI). The obligation code RS00 of the UF6 allows for legal use in the United States at the time of delivery. The UF6 is offered for sale in eight (8) separate Lots of 100 (1 Lot), 30 (2 Lots), and 7.7 (5 Lots) metric tons each. Payment in full for the individual lots is due on September 21, 2007.
