Solicitation SPM4A6-07-R-0781 is issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION of SOURCES. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 1,074 each for base year only, Minimum Delivery Order Qty is 1,074 each, Maximum Delivery Order Qty is 4,296, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 4,296 each, Maximum Contract Qty per year is 8,592 each.
