Part Numbered item available from the following sources: Bowhead Environmental & Safety (4MS69) P/N B-1605 and Basic Concepts Inc (0V4E7) P/N BCI-VY-032. Inspection/Acceptance at destination. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 127 DARO. This NSN is not a critical application item, is a commercial item, and is not a critical safety item as of 07/14/2007. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 552 PG for the base year and each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 138 PG for the base year only. Small Business Set-Aside is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
