- The Capital District Contracting Center has requirement, to provide services to the new Amputee Care Center at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) in the Telemedicine Conference room, Public Affairs Office (PAO), Patient lounge, and Medical Direc tors offices. The primary objective is to design, procure, build and install a state of the art Video Tele-conferencing and Tele-Medical solution within the current built environment and be fully operational 1 week prior to the grand opening of 13 Septemb er 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is 23.0 million.
